Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Modern Royal. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs and what to expect after you buy.

DELIVERY TIME: Your order is expected to arrive within 5-8 days of the date you place it. This includes order preparation and shipping. Estimated delivery dates are shown on every product page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals or other events outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS: Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on orders across India, plus UPI, cards, net banking and wallets at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING: Once your order ships, we will email you tracking details where available.

WHERE WE SHIP: We currently ship within India only.

LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED ORDERS: Contact us at support@modernroyal.in and we will work with the courier to make it right.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it ships, but not once it is in transit. Refunds for cancelled orders go to the original payment method.
